This gives you access to a 1-Day Silent Meditation Retreat (Saturday, April 27th, 2024) that includes breakfast and lunch.
These retreats welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, orientation, and gender identification.
DAILY RETREAT SCHEDULE
Morning Session
7:00am-9:00am: Introduction + Meditation*
9:00am-10:00am: Breakfast Break
10:00am-11:00am: Meditation
11:00am-1:00pm: Sound Bath, Restorative or Hatha Yoga
1:00pm-2:00pm: Lunch Break
Afternoon Session
2:00pm-3:00pm: Meditation
3:00pm-5:00pm: Yin or Vinyasa Yoga, Intro to Yoga Nidra
5:00pm-6:00pm: Final Meditation
6:00pm-6:30pm: Q&A + Group Sharing
*The authentic spiritual teachings that will be shared are from different lineages, including but not limited to Self-Inquiry according to Ramana Maharshi, Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and Yogic Philosophy from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, all through a lens of non-duality.
